Domestic

Loveduck ships within Australia via Australia Post for a flat rate of $20 AUD.

International

Loveduck ships internationally via Australia Post for a flat rate of $50 AUD. Please note this fee does not include any import duties or taxes that may apply on arrival — these are determined by your country's customs authority and are payable by you. The cost of shipping is not refunded if an international order is returned.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days, with delivery typically a further 2-10 working days within Australia and approximate 10 days for international. "Working day" means a day that Australian commercial banks are open for business. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email once your pieces have been shipping. If you'd like to track your shipment, email [email protected] and we can provide your tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, fees or taxes charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are your responsibility and are separate from your Loveduck shipping fee. International shipments may also occasionally face customs delays outside our control.
