Returns and exchanges

At LoveDuck we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We want you to love your garments and your LoveDuck experience. If you need to return your item or items we offer a credit note that is valid for six months from date of purchase. Returns are generally processed within seven days of receiving.

You will need to return new, unused items with tags intact within seven days of delivery. We ask that you please contact LoveDuck prior to doing so at shop@loveduck.com.au so that we can issue you with a returns slip and form. We will not be able to process a credit note without a completed returns form.

As all of our stock comes with limited availability, we are process exchanges on the basis of incorrect sizing. In the event you require a different size or style we ask you return your item so that we can issue you with a store credit so that you can re purchase your correct size or to instantly secure the stock purchase the new size/style online then we will refund your returned item.

By purchasing through our site you hereby agree to these terms.

In the unlikely event that the item is faulty it must be returned within seven days of delivery. If you are unsure about fit or have any questions relating to the garments please email shop@loveduck.com.au.

Please ensure that return postage has tracking. LoveDuck will not take responsibility for missing packages. If a credit note is desired, please return unworn garments with tags intact to LoveDuck, 222 Glenmore Road, Paddington, NSW, 2021 with the completed returns form. Please note we cannot receive returns to our Bronte store. All returns must be made to the Paddington address.

Please note that credit notes will not be offered for a change of heart on any item.
