At LoveDuck we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We want you to love your garments and your LoveDuck experience.
Returns
Non-sale items can be returned within seven days of delivery for a credit note valid for six months from the date of purchase. To be eligible:
Items must be new and unused, with tags intact
Please email [email protected] before making a return we are always happy to help
Please note that we do not provide free return labels; return shipping costs are paid by the buyer
Sale Items
There are no change-of-mind returns or refunds on sale items. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
Exchanges
Because all of our stock is limited, we process exchanges on the basis of incorrect sizing. If you need a different size or style, return your item and we'll issue a store credit so you can repurchase the correct size. Or, to secure the new size or style straight away, purchase it online and we'll refund your returned item once we receive it.
Our stock sells quickly and comes in limited sizing, so we can't guarantee the same item will be available in another size, though we make every effort to accommodate you. If your size isn't available, please choose something else from our collection.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, please email [email protected] as soon as you notice, with a short description and photos, and we'll arrange a remedy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to Return an Item

Please ensure your pieces are unworn with tags intact.
Post it, with tracked postage, to: Loveduck, 222 Glenmore Road, Paddington, NSW 2021.
All returns must be made to the Paddington address. Loveduck cannot take responsibility for missing packages, so please keep your tracking details.
