Many are environmentally conscious labels rooted in artisanship, traditional craft techniques and slow fashion values, championing skilled makers over mass production. Many of our pieces are exclusive to Loveduck and come in limited availability, so what you find in store is rarely found anywhere else.

  • The Paddington boutique is open Wednesday - Friday, 10:30am - 4pm and Saturday 10:30am - 3:30pm. During Christmas time these hours are likely to change.

shipping & returns

  • Yes! Loveduck ships Australia-wide via Australia Post. Postage costs are a flat rate of $20. We endeavour to send your pieces within 3 days of ordering.

  • Yes! Loveduck ships internationally. We use a tracked shipping service with a flat rate of $50.

  • You will be sent a confirmation email once your pieces have been posted. Should you require further tracking information please reach out to Ainslie via email or mobile, 0412 199 203.

  • Non-sale items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (new, unused, with tags intact) for a store credit note valid for 6 months. There are no change-of-mind returns or refunds on sale items. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty. Email us first to initiate a return; returns are posted to 222 Glenmore Road, Paddington, NSW 2021.

  • Yes! We know a lot of our valued customers live out of Sydney so Ainslie is more than happy to personally sources pieces and delivers or posts them to your home to try on. Anything you would like to return can be posted back or collected by Ainslie. Please call Ainslie on 0412 199 203 to discuss and arrange this fabulous service.

  • Yes, Loveduck offers 1.5-hour in-home decluttering sessions, helping you clear out pieces you no longer wear while suggesting fresh additions to refresh your look.

  • Yes, Loveduck offers concierge appointments outside regular hours, including Mondays, with three days' notice. Call 0412 199 203 to arrange a time.

  • Yes! There is nothing Ainslie loves more than helping you put your Loveduck outfits together. Ainslie has a unique eye and will help you solve the question ‘how do I wear this'?’ with aplomb!
